QVC to shine light on Professional Jeweller Hot 100 live on air.

Broadcast retailer QVC will shine a light on the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 during its dedicated Jewellery Day tomorrow (February 6), highlighting some of the key names and brands who appeared in the pages of the Hot 100 in 2014.

Professional Jeweller editor Sarah Louise Jordan will also be on hand to discuss the significance of the Hot 100 in the UK jewellery trade while explaining how members of the industry can get involved in 2015.

She explains: “Being asked to film a segment for QVC dedicated to the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 was an incredibly exciting opportunity and a fantastic way to showcase just how influential the annual event has become.

“QVC works with lots of Hot 100 alumni, including Juliet Hutton-Squire of Adorn Insight and Brian Hill of the Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council. It also wants to celebrate the achievements of the people behind some of its best-selling brands, including Clogau managing director Ben Roberts.”

Doug Moger of QVC’s jewellery department commented: "We are proud to have longstanding connections with a number of the 2014 Professional Jeweller Hot 100, including suppliers, expert on-air guests, and also through our perhaps lesser-known activities sponsoring awards within the industry.

"We felt it was important to inform our viewers that we have great relationships with talented and credible people recognised as being at the top of their game within the UK jewellery industry, and our Jewellery Day event is a great place to share that message."

QVC will dedicate its whole day of programming to jewellery tomorrow, highlighting the SS15 collections of some of its best-sellers, its celebrity collaborations and the new brands it has taken on for 2015.

The Professional Jeweller Hot 100 will be praised throughout the day as a way of highlighting the skill, talent and achievements of some of the UK jewellery trade’s brightest stars.
