Bullion refinery to support a category at December ceremony.
Presman Mastermelt, the precious metal recyclers with offices in Hatton Garden, has confirmed that it will sponsor a category at the British Jeweller’ Association’s (BJA) 125th anniversary awards.
The BJA announced its awards several weeks ago, and BJA members have been invited to submit nominations for the awards through the Association’s website.
Gary Williams, head of the jewellery division at Presman Mastermelt said: “We are extremely delighted to support the BJA awards programme this year.
“As a long standing member of the BJA, we are fully behind the Association’s desire to recognize and reward the excellent achievements of its members.”
Nominations for the BJA 125th anniversary awards will close on September 7 and voting will then take place up to November 26. The awards ceremony will take place in Birmingham on December 6 at the Jewellery and Giftware Ball.
Presman is the oldest trade only scrap counter in the UK and has become one of the leading international recyclers of precious metals servicing the jewellery and industrial sectors.
The BJA represents nearly 1,100 companies in the UK jewellery supply chain.
