Retail in the data age: how to use the facts, stats and numbers from your business to boost sales

Every single day your business is gathering data, but do you know how to use this to make better buying business decisions? Professional Jeweller editor Sarah Louise Jordan will chair a discussion on this topic, speaking to EPoS system experts and industry leaders (and data enthusiasts!) to give you the tools to turn raw numbers into useable information.

Panel – Michael Rawlinson (CEO, NAG); Willie Hamilton (CEO, CMJ); Chris Garland (managing director, Bransom) and Mike Burns (managing director, Pursuit).

Visual merchandising: how to tell your company’s story through window displays, in-store visuals, props and graphics

Successful retail is all about building a dialogue with customers, but this isn’t purely the job of your shop floor staff. Colour schemes, product merchandising and window displays all have a role to play in presenting your story to the outside world. Professional Jeweller editor Sarah Louise Jordan will be joined by visual merchandising and store display experts and retailers to find out how you can give your premises a lift; from eye-catching windows to graphics, merchandising and product layout.

Panel – Michael Sheridan (chairman, Sheridan and Co) and Chelsea Jefferson (assistant manager, Wongs Jewellers).
