The Signet-owned high street jeweller has enjoyed a steady increase in Facebook likes and Twitter friends over the past 12 months, while its Instagram page has almost doubled its followers as H Samuel posts daily images tapping into all aspects of the consumer’s life.
Throughout all its social media channels, H Samuel continues to upload a chatty stream of informal content from motivational and humorous quotes to promotional offers and posts complete with trending hashtags and emojis. A quick look on Facebook shows this is a company that knows its target audience and is confident enough to tailor online content accordingly.
One thing H Samuel does particularly well is encourage consumers to interact with the store online, rather than just bombard followers with information. In turn, the retailer often has a constant flow of likes, comments and customers even tagging friends into posts.

According to Alexa the business has a total of 773 sites linking back to its online store and typically consumers will spend three minutes browsing the site, which showcases discount offers and strong product imagery.
Interestingly Alexa reveals that the majority of H Samuel’s online visitors are males searching for jewellery.
