However, with hundreds of boutiques in the UK alone it is also as much retailer as it is brand.
Given the company nominated its UK head of e-commerce for the Power List, we thought it deserved a nod for its retailing more s much as its manufacturing, especially given the unprecedented emphasis on e-commerce this year.
Francesca Contardo has been head of e-commerce for nearly five years, but perhaps got more than she bargained for this year when the company’s business went online-only along with most of the world.
Her team also introduced eco-friendly letterbox-friendly packaging, allowing contactless deliveries, and has been responsible for keeping the warehouse Covid-safe.
Eleni Kythreotis says in nominating Francesca: “She took on new levels of workload when our store network closed and led her team to deliver amazing results, including the best Black Friday in Pandora’s history.”
