Return to auction for Surrey’s Ewbank’s with jewellery sale announced for 22 July

Surrey’s leading independent auctioneers Ewbank’s has announced its first post-lockdown jewellery auction with a three-day sale later this month.

The return to action for the company will see jewellery and watches on sale on day one, 22 July, from 9:30am.

Cartier, Boucheron, Tiffany & Co., Boodles and more brands will be on display, alongside a plethora of antiques.

The piece with the highest estimate is a Tiffany & Co. Victoria diamond line bracelet valued at between £6,000 and £10,000.

As described by other jewellers, Ewbank’s has reported a spike in online auction sales during the UK’s coronavirus lockdown.

Day two of the event, July 23, will see silver and fine and contemporary art on offer, while antiques, Asian art, clocks and furniture will sell on the closing day, 24 July.

The next dedicated jewellery and watch sale from Ewbank’s is scheduled for 16 September, with another set to follow on 7 October.
