At just 23, Elliot Broad is one of the youngest sales agents in the UK jewellery industry.

Not letting his age be a barrier to success, Broad has forged great relationships with both brands and retailers — securing a significant amount of business for his growing list of jewellery and watch clients.

To that end, the young sales star has partnered with industry agents Steve Todd and Ian McWilliams to launch the Better Practice Group. Together, they are striving to help make all sides of the trade secure sales, particularly during challenging times on the British high street, by sharing information and ideas on how to elevate business and provide the best possible customer service.

Personally, Broad works tirelessly on behalf of his customers to get the best out of the brands and to make sure they sell-through to the end consumer. This is done in part through hosting customer events and training staff regularly.
