Midlands-based jewellery retailer Rudells the Jeweller is celebrating after picking up two local business awards.

The jeweller won Retailer of the year and Excellence in Staff Development at the Wolverhampton Wire Awards 2017.

Director Sioux Jones added: “The standard of training that we provide throughout the life at Rudells is consistent and within our values and core traditions, and I think that is evident when you meet with the staff in store.”


The retailer, which has been based in the city for almost eight decades,  has been trading in the Midlands since 1938. Founded by Justin Rudell the retail outlet became established in Shropshire, Staffordshire and the Midlands as a reliable jeweller, providing clients with excellence in quality, service and value from their Wolverhampton showroom.

Family-business Rudell the Jewellers has stocked Fope, Al Coro, Chopard, Roberto Coin and Theo Fennell alongside other fine jewellery brands.

Judges for the event said: “The moment you step inside Rudells, you are transported to another place. Staff dedication to the business and the Rudell family vision sparkled like the diamonds they had on display.”

For the Wolverhampton Wire Awards Rudells went up against local restaurants, hotels, and retailers.
