Jody Wolf and Lynn Ahlers given expanded and newly created roles.

Signet Jewelers Limited has announced the promotions of Lyn Ahlers to the newly created role of vice president of total rewards and Jody Wolf to the expanded role of vice president of business support services.

As Signet vice president of total rewards, Ahlers will be leading the company’s efforts to integrate the Sterling and Zale retail divisions of the company, including its compensation and benefits programs and processes.


She is now responsible for assuring all Signet total rewards initiatives “strategically align with the company’s business priorities and position Signet as an international employer of choice”.

As Signet vice president of business support services, Wolf is responsible for coordinating with and between all three divisions – Signet, Zale and Sterling- to plan and implement key special events and programs including conferences, incentive trips, corporate travel, and service awards.

Wolf began her career in the company’s Sterling division in 1984 and has held administrative and managerial roles throughout her career in merchandising, store operations, procurement and human resources.
