A new function from Clarity & Success is allowing suppliers, brands and the media to provide direct updates to retailers through the company’s Evolution business management software.
Updates appear in a news feed on the Evolution software dashboard, bypassing the usual over-saturated channels like email and social media.
The supplier can create the news update in the CMS and select recipients, filtering by country, language and brand names.
The retailer receiving the news can distribute it further to their own clientele.
“This is another first for Clarity & Success,” said Karen Russell, UK managing director. “We will be sending our updates to our clients this way.
“It helps everyone keep up-to-date easily and would be a major benefit to buying groups and trade associations.”
