Fashion jewellery brand Swarovski has partnered with NHS Charities Together to help raise money for the heroes who have been working on the frontline and keeping the nation safe during the pandemic.
As part of the brand’s #SparkDelight campaign, Swarovski has pledged to donate 50% of sales received on selected pieces from the Sparkling Dance Rainbow Collection to NHS Charities Together.
During the crisis, the rainbow has become a key symbol of unity, positivity and hope, with many now associating it as a sign of support to NHS workers.
“Swarovski is honoured to be partnering with NHS Charities Together in support of the ongoing efforts of our NHS heroes who have worked tirelessly to keep the nation safe,” shares managing director for Swarovski UK, Hayley Quinn. “This partnership starts a season of ‘surprise and delight’ activations that recognise the kind gestures and small actions that have kept us going and sparked a moment of delight during these challenging times.”
NHS Charities Together is the umbrella organisation for the country’s NHS charities and is the official national charity partner of the NHS with more than 230 NHS Charity members.
NHS charities are the legal way the NHS receives, holds and spends charitable funds and are dedicated to supporting the NHS.
NHS Charities Together chief exec, Ellie Orton, adds: “Thank you Swarovski and Swarovski customers for supporting NHS Charities Together. Your donations will help NHS charities support staff, volunteers and patients as they combat the virus. Every donation is making a difference to patients and the amazing NHS staff and volunteers who are dealing with this crisis on behalf of all of us.”
The campaign launches today (June 15) as the brand begins to reopen stores across England.
