Swarovski has this week unveiled its new Wish List tool to be utilised across all its social media channels, enabling fans of the brand to save products and jewellery to share with family and loved ones.
The Wish List has been produced by creative agency Perfect Fools. The Wish List icon will be visible on Swarovski product posts on Facebook, Google+, Pintrest and Twitter.
For fans and followers of Swarovski clicking the icon means the product is then added to the individual’s list, which can be seen and purchased by friends and family who follow a link to Swarovski’s e-commerce site.
Users can also set the Wish List to appear on their Facebook wall ahead of calendar dates such as birthdays, Christmas and anniversaries.
The tool has been designed as a bridge between online channels and retail stores in an attempt to monetise social media. People accessing the Wish List via a smartphone can also locate the nearest Swarovski store to complete the purchase in person.
This is the third time Perfect Fools have worked with Swarovski, the agency were also responsible for the brand’s Kingdom of Jewels and Tropical Paradise promotional campaigns.
