Once again, Tessa Packard will be hosting an exclusive event as part of the annual London Craft Week, this time opening the doors to her showroom in Chelsea to explore the relationship between art and jewellery, alongside afternoon tea.

Taking place Wednesday May 9, the award-winning jewellery designer will be conducting a panel discussion entitled ‘Art & Jewellery: A Relationship through History’ from 3pm until 4.30pm.

Chaired by Tessa Packard, speakers include the Andrew Prince, jeweller to the stars and the designer responsible for much of Downton Abbey’s on screen jewels; London-based art-jewellery gallerist Elisabetta Cipriani; and finally jewellery expert Raymond Sancroft-Baker, the former European Jewellery Director at Christie’s.

The panelist will discuss the relationship between art and jewellery and the evolving role of the artist and maker in history.

Afternoon tea is also included in the public’s ticket purchase, which can be bought directly from the designer’s website.
