Internal move for deputy chairman as Gavin Saunders heads to Giftlab.

Alasdair Hadden-Paton is switching roles within luxury jewellery Theo Fennell.

The former deputy chairman will now take on the role of financial director when current Theo Fennell financial director Gavin Saunders leaves the company to join new luxury e-commerce site Giftlab.

The move will take effect on December 7.

Theo Fennell chairman Rupert Hambro said: "We are delighted to welcome Alasdair in his new role at Theo Fennell. He has been with the company for over three years and has a sound knowledge of the business. Given his wide-ranging experience and financial expertise, we feel he is a natural fit for the role.

"I would like to thank Gavin for his extensive work for Theo Fennell over the past 10 and a half years and we wish him the very best in his new role."

Hadden-Paton has more than 30 years experience of financial roles within a wide variety of sectors, including luxury goods and venture capitalists. He is also a none-executive director at OKA Direct and Chance Entertainment.
