Threadneedle Bar has collaborated with Theo Fennell to launch drinks inspired by the British designer’s jewellery.

To celebrate Theo Fennell’s latest creations, bar manager, Sebastian Kasyna, has made three bespoke cocktails drawing on the designer’s striking jewellery and the glamorous surroundings of the Royal Exchange, where the Threadneedle Bar and Theo Fennell’s flagship are both located.

For a special Valentine’s treat, Threadneedle Bar will offer a bespoke service to consumers in collaboration with Theo Fennell’s store at The Royal Exchange where guests will be able to choose a piece of jewellery to be served alongside Theo Fennell cocktails.

The three Theo Fennell cocktails are:

Rosemary’s Sapphire Fizz: Fresh rosemary, sugar, ruby red grapefruit juice, gin and prosecco.

This fizzy cocktail is a tribute to Theo’s peach & purple sapphire Empress necklace. Priced at £23,500, the handcrafted 18ct white gold necklace has been adorned with sapphires and pave diamonds.

Emerald Mine: Blue Curacao, rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream.

Served in a glass of crushed ice, this frappe cocktail is a tribute to the Turtle Marine ‘Arts charm crafted from 18ct yellow gold, tsavorite and diamonds.

Pot of Gold Cocktail: Whisky, apricot brandy, chocolate bitters and umeshu choya.

This martini is dedicated to the Theo Fennell classic, the Bee. As with all Theo Fennell jewellery the Bees are transformed into delicate pieces – citrine Bee earrings, in this case – that are designed and handmade in the Fulham Road workshop.

Priced at £10, the cocktails are now available to try at Threadneedle Bar.
