There are just three weeks left for the industry to choose its champions and cast their nominations for the inaugural Professional Jeweller Awards.

Taking place at Kensington Roof Gardens on Monday, September 4 (the second night of International Jewellery London), the first Professional Jeweller Awards will celebrate the achievements of the UK jewellery industry over the last 12 months across 16 exciting categories.

The nomination process has been divided into two halves, both of which allow the industry to get involved and find this year’s worthy winners.

First of all, over the next three weeks, we would like to kick-start the voting process by inviting all jewellery industry professionals to nominate retailers, brands and suppliers for the respective categories. These can include self nominations.

To have your say, simply email Professional Jeweller editor Stacey Hailes at with the headline PJ AWARDS. Please include the following:

Name(s), job title(s) and company name(s) of those being nominated.

The categories you are putting nominations forward for.

A bullet point list of reasons why you are nominating them. Please be brief but provide insight focusing info on events in the last 12 months, such as business growth, store expansion, store openings, new product development, effective new strategies or their contribution to the wider industry.

There is no limit to how many nominations you can put forward. Nominations will close midnight on Friday, May 5 2017.

The awards will be a must-attend event for the crème de la crème of the UK jewellery trade, especially if you have been on your feet all day at the London-based exhibition! What better way to wind down after treading the show floor than enjoying a glamorous evening networking, socialising and drinking plenty of bubbles under the stars.

Tickets cost just £185+VAT. This includes unlimited house beverages, the three-course barbecue meal, and access to the Professional Jeweller Awards After Party.
