Some retailers report surge in sales of over 70% over festive period.
Ti Sento sales soared over the Christmas period by up to 70% for some retailers, the brand has reported.
Stores were encouraged to push the jewellery brand with the prize of a weekend break to Amsterdam for repeatedly ordering extra stock.
The holidays were won by Mr & Mrs Campbell a client from Charles Nobel Jewellers in New Milton, Hampshire and Lisa Morley from Eatons Jewellers of Derby.
They will enjoy a weekend in Amsterdam, dinner at a local restaurant and a VIP visit to Ti Sento’s Amsterdam flagship store where the winners will be presented with an extra special gift from the brand.
"I am very happy to report that approximately 70% of our independent jewellery network supported us with the Ti Sento Christmas Incentive,” said Judith Lockwood. “We had some retailers reporting an over 70% increase in their Ti Sento sales compared to December 2011. Earrings and bracelets were very popular and accounted for 53% of the sales made. Price was not a problem with many sales being made over £200 per item. The success of the Autumn/Winter 2012 New York Leading Lady Collection was seen in the number of pieces sold again and again in this period,” she reported.
