Rating is proof of customer service, says diamond jewellery retailer.

Diamond jewellery retailer has described its delight at winning 99.9% customers satisfaction through a study by The Review Centre.

The retailer claims it has reached "service perfection" having scored five out of five stars across a number of areas, including customer service, the quality of its website and value for money.

In all, a total of 1,044 reviews were left by customers, contributing to the ratings. Among them, reports that the terms “flawless”, “fantastic”, “absolutely perfect” and “best customer service ever” were used by customers, while others reported receiving “top quality and service throughout”.

As a result, the site has become one of the top five online jewellery shops listed by The Review Centre. founder Vashi Dominguez said of the score: “We’re delighted to see our ratings so high. 99.9% of customers wanting to recommend us quantifies my team’s dedication and expertise in the diamond jewellery industry and ecommerce at large.”
