Atelier Versace fine jewellery to make debut in Paris this weekend.
Fashion house Versace is set to launch a high-end jewellery collection this weekend.
The Atelier Versace jewellery line will be kickstarted with a collection of one-of-a-kind fine cocktail rings set with precious stones including diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, amethysts, aquamarine and citrines, many of which have been handmade.
Versace is planning to sell the rings through private appointments and has said that the designs will not be reproduced.
The Atelier Versace jewellery lines will make their debut on the runway in Paris on Saturday evening at the Ritz’s Salon Vendôme, a favourite catwalk location of the brand.
Versace vice-president Donatella Versace said: “As a designer and a collector of fine jewellery I have always wanted to offer the same quality of craftsmanship in jewellery as we offer with the Atelier Versace fashion collection. Each individual ring from the collection is a work of art.”
No images of the designs have been released by the brand ahead of Saturday’s show.
