The team have worked continuously since the first lockdown last March, with a mixture of working from home, staggered re-entry to the business and re-opening their trade counters when appropriate and safe to do so.
The team are now welcoming back customers into their Birmingham and London trade counters, with London operating from a temporary address while they outfit their new and improved trade counter.
In addition, the Account Executive team continues to offer support and tailored client services while the field reps and sales agents are now face to face with customers once more. The message from River Mounts has always been clear, their goal is ‘Helping you Sell’.
With a team dedicated to customer support and award-winning customer service, they continued to operate safely through the lockdown in order to continue helping their customers.
‘Always open’ was the marketing message they used during the lockdown, by answering calls, responding to Whatsapp and emails and by signing up a record number of customers to their website, they continued to provide customers with the tools and products they needed while not being able to physically go to trade counters or meet with their sales rep.
Many of their customers have said it feels like Christmas, they are so busy with appointments and clients since they re-opened their stores and River Mounts are providing them with the backup and support they need ,with quick access to stock and live pricing via the website, making ordering, reserving and receiving goods easier than ever before.
The footfall at the trade counters has continued to increase since the lifting of the lockdown and the number of new sign ups and customers to the website doubled the first week store re-opened in April.
