Next month marks International Women’s Day and to celebrate the occasion, Professional Jeweller will once again be shining a spotlight on some of the industry’s most inspiring female figureheads.

And this year we are going one step further by opening it up to the industry and inviting you to nominate anybody you feel deserves to be recognised for their endeavours and achievements over the past 12 months.

Whether it is an individual driving a small start-up or somebody with responsibility in a much larger organisation, we want to hear how they are making a difference in the UK jewellery sector.

It could be for initiatives they have undertaken during the pandemic, their appetite to push new boundaries, success in accelerating gender parity or a commitment to job creation and development. If their actions inspire you or others, then we want to know about them!

The shortlisted candidates will be profiled in a special March edition of Professional Jeweller that celebrates International Women’s Day, as well as online.

To submit a nomination, please email, giving the name and company of the person you are nominating, as well as up to 300 words explaining why they deserve to be recognised.

You are free to nominate as many inspirational female entrepreneurs and professionals from the UK jewellery sector as you wish.

Deadline for nominations is 31 January 2021.
