WINNERS: Liz Earle for Botany

The Botany collection by Liz Earle is a wonderfully organic collection that takes inspiration from flora and fauna.

This is a deeply personal design theme for Earle, who has spent the past 20 years building a beauty brand that offers skincare products made from natural botanics. The delicate details of neroli, wild roses, eucalyptus and ivy have been beautifully realised in Fairtrade gold.

Earle, who previously dipped a toe in the world of jewellery design through a charitable collaboration with Boodles, teamed up with ethical jewellery brand Cred to create her debut collection of ethical jewellery under her own name. Each piece within the collection can be adapted and worn in different ways.


The pendants have four length options, while the earrings use a system called Adaptagem that allows the Fairtrade gold flower studs to be worn alone, or as larger earrings with crystal briolettes attached.

Liz Earle turned to social media late in the online vote but managed to use its huge brand power to galvanise its fans, and achieved an impressive 60.1% of the votes by the time the polls closed.
