Winners of 2016 UK Jewellery Awards revealed in London


The UK Jewellery Awards has announced its 2016 winners following an event at the London Hilton on Park Lane last night.

A total of 18 awards were given out at the ceremony, which honoured the achievements of retailers and brands.

On the retail side, the likes of Green + Benz, Beaverbrooks (pictured) and Pandora all triumphed, while Pandora also landed the brand of the year award.

The outstanding contribution to the industry award went to Patrick Fuller, chairman of WB The Creative Jewellery Group,

New Designer of the Year: Dalia Daou

Ethical Jewellery Business of the Year: Arctic Circle Diamonds

Bridal Jewellery Retailer of the Year: Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery

Bridal Collection of the Year: Hockley Mint

Supplier of the Year: Maker Mends

Employer of the Year: Assay Office Birmingham

Fine Jewellery Brand of the Year: Shaun Leane

E-tailer of the Year: Gemporia

Watch Brand of the Year: Citizen Watches

The Innovation Award: Edinburgh Assay Office

Jewellery Designer of the Year: Fei Liu

Retailer of the Year (five stores or less): Green + Benz

Retailer of the Year (Six stores of more): Beaverbrooks

Jewellery Brand of the Year: Pandora

Outstanding Contribution to the industry: Patrick Fuller
