New York department store falls for brand's ombré pearl necklaces.

The success of Yoko London’s international outreach continues, with the London-based pearl brand landing its collection in Bergdorf Goodman.

The renowned New York department store has taken on a select range of Yoko London pieces, including its ombré-effect multistring pearl necklaces, Deco-style drop earrings and statement rings.


Yoko London has been pushing its collections at an international level during 2014, having showcased its ranges at BaselWorld, winning interest from the US and Middle East markets.

Yoko London chief executive Michael Hakimian said: "Our collaboration with Bergdorf Goodman marks a high point in the growth of the Yoko London brand internationally. Bergdorf Goodman is one of the world’s finest luxury department stores and we are delighted to be able to bring our exquisite pieces to their discerning clientele."

Other brands sold by Bergdorf Goodman include Eddie Borgo, Stephen Webster, Sydney Evan and Armenta.

Yoko London is also sold through Neiman Marcus department stores and various independent fine jewellery retailers across the US.

This year, the brand scooped prizes at Couture Las Vegas and in JCK Magazine‘s Jeweler’s Choice awards pearl jewellery category.
