The worldwide jewellery industry has this week gathered for what may be the first large-scale event since Covid-19 put a stop to international travel in early 2020.

Vicenzaoro 2021 comes to a triumphant close today (Tuesday, 14 September) after opening to visitors last Friday (10 September).

The five-day event has taken place at the Fiera di Vicenza expo centre in the Italian city of Vicenza, seeing hundreds of international suppliers take part in the twice-annual show.

As well as traditional jewellery brands and wholesalers there were a number of watch brands as well as suppliers of technologies used in the manufacture and maintenance of jewellery.

There was also an entire section dedicated to jewellery storage and packaging.

Luxury jewellery and watch box specialist WOLF was hosted on a sizeable stand of its own.

Other companies that may be familiar to those in the UK jewellery industry included Picchiotti, Bloch & Co, Fabergé, Yoko London, Roberto Coin, Fope, Busch & Co, Uniglo and IGI.
